Years of working inside the fitness industry showed Adesh Nagarwal the same patterns repeating. Clients cycling through gyms. Programmes written without context. Advice that ignored the person standing in front of the trainer. Plans that worked on paper and failed in real life. The problem wasn't motivation or willpower — it was that the work began in the wrong place.
Share Wellbeing was founded in 2019 to begin in the right place. Not with a programme. With a conversation. The studio in Vidhyadhar Nagar exists for the people who have tried gyms, tried apps, tried trainers, and quietly decided that fitness must not be for them. It is. The standard version of it just isn't.
Fifteen years of coaching since became the foundation. Five thousand sessions taught the rhythm of how change actually happens. The studio, the team, the way we work — all of it is built on one conviction: that lasting transformation is the result of listening first, and that a single, considered relationship with a coach matters more than any programme on its own.
