Our approach · No. 01

A programme built on listening.

Most fitness programmes are written before the trainer has met the body in front of them. Generic templates, scaled to the client's body weight, applied without regard for what's tight, what's weak, what's already injured, or what condition the body is carrying. The result is the pattern most clients arrive at our studio describing — exercise that hurts, plans that fail, motivation that fades. It begins in the wrong place. Share Wellbeing begins differently.

  • 01

    Listen, then assess.

A forty-minute counselling conversation before any programme is written. Goals, history, schedule, body, conditions. Lab reports, recent injuries, medications, sleep — all of it shapes the work.

  • 02

    Foundation before load.

Weak muscles strengthened. Tight muscles released. Both sides of the body brought into alignment. This is the work most gyms skip — and the reason most exercise programmes injure clients within the first three months.

  • 03

    Progressive, never rushed.

Once the foundation is set, load is added gradually. If you get sick, we step backward — three steps back so we can take five steps forward. Sustainable transformation is paced, not packaged.

Who we work with · No. 02

For bodies that need rebuilding before training.

Share Wellbeing is built for adults whose bodies have started signalling that something needs to change. Some of our clients arrive after a diagnosis. Others arrive after years of failed programmes. Most arrive somewhere in between.

  • A

    Adults with lifestyle conditions.

Diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, PCOS, high cholesterol. Coaching that respects medication, sleep, stress, and how the body actually responds.

  • B

Adults with weight that won't shift.

Particularly if conventional gyms haven't worked. Weight that connects to hormones, sleep, or chronic stress responds to a different kind of training.

  • C

Adults with postural or movement issues.

Back pain, neck pain, hip issues, knee pain, restricted mobility. We address what's tight, weak, or misaligned before adding load.

  • D

Adults returning to fitness after a break.

Pregnancy, surgery, illness, or just life. The body that returns is not the body that stopped, and the programme has to honour that.

  • E

Adults who have tried gyms and quietly given up.

Who suspect the standard version of fitness isn't the only version. It isn't.

The Founder · No. 03

Why Share Wellbeing exists.

Years of working inside the fitness industry showed Adesh Nagarwal the same patterns repeating. Clients cycling through gyms. Programmes written without context. Advice that ignored the person standing in front of the trainer. Plans that worked on paper and failed in real life. The problem wasn't motivation or willpower — it was that the work began in the wrong place.

Share Wellbeing was founded in 2019 to begin in the right place. Not with a programme. With a conversation. The studio in Vidhyadhar Nagar exists for the people who have tried gyms, tried apps, tried trainers, and quietly decided that fitness must not be for them. It is. The standard version of it just isn't.

Fifteen years of coaching since became the foundation. Five thousand sessions taught the rhythm of how change actually happens. The studio, the team, the way we work — all of it is built on one conviction: that lasting transformation is the result of listening first, and that a single, considered relationship with a coach matters more than any programme on its own.

"What sets Adesh sir apart is that he explains why we do each exercise and how the body responds. His training is gradual, well-planned, and never rushed."
